You can either fill out the form below, or just give us a call at 905-432-9463 and speak with the pharmacist who will guide you through the process.
If you fill out the form, we will not transfer anything without speaking with you first. We will give you a call when we are ready to confirm your details.
MedsCheck and Medication Reviews
Our pharmacy offers MedsChecks to qualifying patients and general medication reviews for those who do not qualify.
A one-to-one consultation with the pharmacist will help you learn about your medications, how they work, and how you can make them work better for you.
