General Public Asymptomatic COVID-19 RT-PCR Test

This is a COVID-19 test for asymptomatic individuals. Generally, results are available 24-48 hours after the lab receives the sample. Samples are sent to the lab every day.
To get started please follow the steps below:

Fill out the screening form.
You will need to fill out our COVID-19 test screening form and input patient details. You can fill out the form through the link below, or if you are unable to do so, you can give us a call at 905-432-9463 so we can assist you.

Book an appointment.
Once you have filled out the screening form, someone from Windfields Pharmacy & Medical Centre will give you a call to book an appointment. If you give us a call before filling out the screening form, we may book your appointment during the same call.

Visit the pharmacy.
Come to the pharmacy to complete your COVID-19 test. Bring your health card, and identification. You will also be paying for the test at this time.

Receive your results!
You will receive your results within 24-48 hours of the lab receiving the test sample. We will send your sample to the lab on the same day. We will give you an access code to access your results online, however if you unable to do so, you can call the pharmacy and we can provide you the results as well.
